“ Sergio has been in business for a lot of years, and has done work for me many times during that time. He speaks Spanish with most of the guys on his crew, but his English is perfect (which is nice if you don't speak Spanish like me). I agree completely with the great things said about him so far - he is professional, prompt, affordable and very capable. Over time, he has done big jobs and small for me, and always gives his full attention regardless of the size of the task. Some in the construction/contractor field show up bright-eyed and then lose interest quickly when you're not going to be making their mortgage payment for them that month. So the fact that Sergio is as equally dedicated to repairing the gutters on my roof as he is to putting an entirely new roof on my home is gratifying. It is also a pleasant surprise to find someone as reliable as he is. When he sets an appointment, he is there on-time. Actually, after a few meetings with him, I starting noticing that he showed up early and waited in his truck outside. I asked him why he didn't just knock when he got there, and he said "I don't want to intrude on your time, so I don't come late, but I don't bother you early either." You don't often find that level of consideration and respect. Highly recommend in every way.”
